Wild Animal Escape/Massacre, Zanesville Ohio, Oct. 19th, 2011 Wildcelt would like to express it's deep sadness for the tragic shooting
of 48 plus exotic animals in Zanesville, Ohio. We can only wonder if this tragic massacre
could have been averted. Speaking as an animal rights advocate & someone who visits
animal preserves regularly, I will hold the images of this tragedy in my mind indefinitely.
Let's believe these poor creatures didn't die in vein...let's hope in future, these types of animals
will be cared for in professional Zoos or preserves, by professional caretakers!
